I was prescribed Diane 35 by my gynaec because of my PCOS and terrible acne issues. My doctor has asked me to continue this till two months then I'll have to go for a follow up visit. I've completed my first pack. Is abdominal and back cramps normal when nearing the end of the pack of pills? Also, since the past 4-5 days I've been having little brown blood spotting and mild cramps.
I've been having mood swings since the day I started the medication. Kind of in a sad mood always. Have become lazy. What to do about it?

No the abdominal and back cramps are not normal
While on the pill you should not be having any brown discharge
Once you stop the packet within 10 days you should get your periods
The laziness is definitely not because of this
Start exercising
That should take care of the mood swings
Diane has progesterone in it progesterone sometimes can cause low mood, so it is natural with hormones, but if you feel that your mood too low, then you can try a different salt other than that in Diane 35 and spotting that also mostly resolve within three cycles, still, if you have this brown spotting, then you have to discuss with your doctor
