Regarding Diabetes
My Father aged 67 is having diabetes. I would like to know what can be added to coffee...instead of sugar...Any substitute.

Other than coffee , green tea would be better. Can choose different flavour which requires no sugar.

Hello, avoid using substitute. If you want you can use sugar free natural. if sugar is undercontrol then 2 Spoon per day you can add.
