Regarding cervical cerclage...
Hello Doctor,
My wife is 18 weeks pregnant, in anomaly scan the cervical length detects 30mm so, doctor suggested for cervical cerclage...is it truly needed?...is there any risk of cervical cerclage if we go for it?

30 mm is fine we can start on medication
