Is it safe to do an cataract surgery of a daibetic person who is on insulin, though her sugar levels are under control now. Other medicines she uses are metaformin and sitaglaptin. Also talvas am.

All due precautions are taken by the doctor and the patient .
There are so many diabetic on medication..they all undergo cataract surgery at some time or the other..
