Regarding breathe
Sometimes facing problem related to breathing. When I suffer from cold then it's become more difficult for me to breathe and I m in a panic condition.

could be anxiety, could be acidity . do you have enough sleep? any chest xray done so far ? however, this could be easily treated , all the best
