Regarding blue cut & antiglare lenses
Hello doc, My vision is absolutely fine. 6/6. But, i was contemplating to buy blue light cut cum anti- glare lenses as i study online. My vision may go weak in longer run. I want to know your suggestions on such glasses. A person who has perfect vision should wear them or not. Thank you.

Blue light glasses r supposed to control the circadian rhythm n prevent long term photo damage to retina . There are some contradictory opinions also about this. I have prescribed to patients n they find it helpful. No harm at least by using them. Eye does not become weak by using comps, but you may get digital eye strain , dryness etc.Follow tips to avoid that. Maintain healthy life style, posture while using comps ... You want to use computer vision glasses,go ahead  !

Ma'am rather than going for zero power anti glare glasses it would be better if you follow a proper working pattern while using Laptops/ Computers/ Mobiles. For someone who has a spectacle power they should go for the anti reflection coated glasses. Mostly the power of eye freezes till the age of 21 years. You are 22 years old so I don't think so that you will be getting any refractive error now till you have presbyopia which occurs after the age of 40 years.
Next Steps
Few instructions: 1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. 2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times. 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Do not rub the eye 6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles 7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds) 8. Proper ergonomics at work station.
Health Tips
Can use Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 3 times a day for soothing comfort to the eyes.
