Blue cut lens is good for eyes?
I have -0.75 power in both the eyes . And I have a desk job and i have to work on computer. So please suggest whether I should go for blue cut lens or antiglare ?
Because I have heard that blue cut lens protect eyes from laptop and mobile harmful blue lights .On the contrary I have also heard that using blue cut lens may cut your blue color vision.So I am confused
Please suggest which type of lens are best?

As ur number s very less better to go with antiglare glasses
