Blue cut lenses
Are blue cut lenses really worth the hype? Or Anti reflective lenses are just fine. There is not much research on the topic but still I'm confused about what to opt for. My work does not involve 6-8 hours of working on the computer.

Blue block glass is for computer safety. It’s different from anti glare or anti reflective.
