Showing superficial fragments of tubulovillous adenoma with high grade dysplasia with foci suspicious of lamina propitious invasion 2.Endoscopic biopsy, polyp- Showing tubular adenoma with low grade dysplasia. The biopsy is negative for cancer. However, if clinical suspicion is high and CT or MRI is suggestive of cancer, biopsy may need to be repeated. It is advisable to see a Gastroenterologist and/or Oncologist.
