There is no restriction of foods at the age and no particular sequence of offering the foods for this age. It is good that you are already giving all fruits. Honey is one item you give only after 1 year of age As per the family culture you can give foods like ragi with rice or milk, wheat porridge, khitchri with vegetables like carrots, palak and other greens. Pumpkin, potatoes and other vegetables can similarly be given with rice or wheat porridge. If you take non veg, this too can be introduced for the age. Similarly, egg can be given - only well cooked form, start with the yellow part first. To check for any allergies give a new protein only after a duration of 5 days gap of each of them. This is important for cow or soy protein too as well as nuts and sesame. Be careful that food is offered in a mashed form or grainy texture, suitable for the baby to swallow. Fruits too need to be cut or mashed suitably Under 1 year of age sugar is not required to be added to cereals or kheer. You may make shakes with fruits like banana or mangoes and even offer curd similarly. Paneer and cheese are great too. Tadka or mild spices are also great. Salt is also not required under 1 year of age but child can be given the food prepared for the whole family
