Regarding b.p medicine.

My b.p is 135/ 85 mostly. Which is the safest medicine for b.p? Iam diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1. Also I have fatty liver grade 2. gallbladder polyps 4 mm. Taking udiliv 150 mg . CBP , LFT is normal. Triglycerides is 250. Can I take telma am 40 mg. Is it safe to take.
