Regarding anxiety medicines
Hi My doctor has asked me to eat ezolent beta 0.5 twice a day and tespram 10 before sleeping. Also he has given amlokind K as in doctors clinic I Was having 170/80 blood pressure. I am 30 year old , so at this age is it safe to eat this medicines. My ecg and echo was fine and was only having rapid heartbeat. I have recently recovered from covid and it's 27th day of recovery.

Yes...your medication need to be adjusted further as your bp is not well controlled. Also you may need evaluation for young hypertension...which your doc might have done

Hello, since your BP was significantly high for an office reading the doctor must have started medicine. However I would suggest two options 1. You can take multiple home readings over a period of 4-5 days if you have an apparatus to measure BP at home and maintain a diary and see what the BP is like 2. Or recheck it in the doctors office at a different time after resting for 10min Also check BP in both the arms Another option is to go for 24 hours ambulatory BP monitoring (in any centre) to diagnose if your hypertension  is indeed true hypertension If blood pressure is repeatedly high (above 140/90 ) on different days then you need medication Apart from this if your BP remains high since you are young please check baseline kidney function test and do a Renal artery Doppler to rule out other reason for BP elevation.
