Regard stones in kidney

I am not taking any medicine for the stones of size 3mm and 6mm size in right kidney .Those will be gone automatically by taking water much??

What symptoms do you have? Was CT scan done? Only that can confirm the stone location and size. These sized stones have a chance to pass off spontaneously with medication and fluid intake.
