Regaprding vitamin b12
Hi, today i checked my vitamin b 12. It was 292.9 pg/ml. The lab reference is given as 197 - 771. But still i would like to ask, is my vitamin b12 llevel low. I am taking a to z gold currently. I experience severe headache and head heaviness from time to time. If the level is low, what do i need to do.
