Reg muffled sound before sleep
Almost a month I have blocked nose..n could hear mild sound from ears wen surroundings are silent ..is tat really I need to consult a ent doctor for sinusitis??

What you are describing is the blockage of eustachian tube leading to pressure changes in the ear leading to sounds.. This is generally caused due to sinus infection.. Please consult online for further evaluation and treatment
