Reg depression
I was in depression in 2015,since then I get panic attack frequently. I had a 3 years of horrible relationship. I broke up with him 7 months ago. And I dealt it with maturity. That person made me feel like I don't deserve anything in this world. Recently a month ago. I was harrassed by a person and I had an episode then. My friends helped me to get rid of that person. It's been a month and still I am finding it difficult to be normal. I am getting irritated, overreacting, shouting at everyone. Everytime I get angry, I am having breathing problems. Even I don't like myself. I am doing job and phd at the same time. I have a lot of work pressure. And I am not able to find peace. I don't like this instability. Now my ex is trying to contact me and asking for marriage. He is a horrible person and I don't want to. But since my mind is not stable , I am not able to handle situation wisely. Kindly help me out. I need to focus on my life and career. Thank you.
