For the past few months, I've been experiencing multiple symptoms that are gradually affecting my daily life:
- Extreme fatigue and low energy throughout the day.
- Excessive daytime sleepiness. I feel sleepy almost all the time, even after sleeping at night.
- Frequent awakenings during sleep (I wake up every 1-2 hours), so I never feel refreshed in the morning.
- Difficulty concentrating and reduced productivity because of constant tiredness.
- Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, low, and like crying most days.
- Loss of interest in talking to people or socializing.
- Feeling mentally and physically exhausted, with even routine work feeling difficult.
- Stress seems to make my symptoms worse.
- Whenever I'm under significant stress, I develop itchy rashes/hives on different parts of my body, which disappear after some time.
- I have a history of heavy menstrual bleeding.
- My recent
ferritin level was 4 ng/mL.
These symptoms have been persistent and are affecting bot
