Refused to breastfeed
Hi, my baby is 20 days old. He constantly refuses to breastfeeding and crying loudly. If I forced him, he drink for 5 min and sleeps. I'm worried that he is not drinking enough. Also he have cough from last 3 days and making sound in sleep. dr. Suggested me to give him sinarest. How long cough should be fine? Does hot weather affect baby's weight

If he is feeding well, the weather would not interfere in his weight gain. From what you have described, it may be likely that there may be a problem with latching onto the breast and hence he is crying. Please consult a lactation consultant or your gynecologist or pediatrician for further support on this. As regards to the cough if it doesn't resolve with meds, I suggest u try nebulisation. That's could help resolve the cough quickly
