Reflux during feeding

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My 7 weeks old son was earlier drinking 120ml of formula milk every 3 hrs but he started having reflux once each day from last three days, so I switched back to 90ml every 3 hrs , for one day it was okay but now again even on 90ml he is having reflux . He is on formula milk only, he has a little nose blockage so I am giving him nasal drops, he is also colici, please help what could be the reason?

dear parents, according to me after feeding put the baby on left shoulder and pat just behind stomach level for 5mintues to burpe on back of the baby. baby burp 3to5times. after burping lay down the baby onright side of the baby putting a pillow below head maintaining that head is above level of stomach hold the baby bottle at 90degree so that only milk is sucked no air should go by nipple of bottle
