After that I consulted a specialist and showed him he told me that my eyes were dry and I am having a bit of conjunctivitis and he checked my eyes and said your eyes need -0.25 glasses. So he gave me moisturiser and betoact eye drops. Now my redness has gone but the problem is when I am watching my TV continuously or using my phone continuously I can see a reflection of what is written on the headlines of TV movies and same on my phone but only from left eye. This problem is only happening on TV and phone not anywhere else. This problem arrives only after I use continuously my TV or phone please help me I am wearing my glasses also please find a perfect solution for me . When I am waking up I have no problem but after using my phone or TV this arrives back please help

Go for a detailed eye examination especially refractive error check up. Follow few instructions given below and continue with the lubricant eyedrops. Few instructions: 1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. 2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times. 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Do not rub the eye 6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles 7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)

If the problem is just in one eye it can be due to astigmatism ie cylinder number in that eye.you need to get your numbers checked properly from an ophthalmologist and if this problem arrises after watching a screen for a longer time then dry eye may be the problem.take a break from screen every 20min for 20 sec and look at distant object.try and blink as much as possible.use just tears eye drop 4 times a day for a week and see  if there is any improvement.
