Thats because of eye strain and dryness. U will see a shadow/ ghost image.ct putting hyane eye drops twice daily. U may add another lubricant to top up in between. Blink often, take breaks, reduce ur digital screen time.
See ur dr again if symptoms persist.
My suggestion wud be to stop the use of the glasses. But u may consult ur dr.

All digital devices will give you strain. Use the devices for important work only, not for games etc. You should continue lubricating eye drops at least Four times a day. Do not splash water inside eyes. Close your eyes for 10 seconds every 15 minutes while working on computer/ mobile.
Continue with your glasses.
A bed time ointment like Panthegel eye ointment can be used for more comfort.
Be off any screen for 2/3 days at least ....and after that avoid playing games n all r keep it to minimum.
Use lubricants
