I'm 170cm and I weigh 90kgs. I want to reduce it to around 75kgs in 3-4 months. I'm a pure vegetarian and I East mostly in a college mess. I started going to Gym and doing cardio like cycling etc. So, what exactly should I do in dieting etc and how should I do it to achieve my goal??
