Reduce weight to 50kg
Hi  sorry to disturb again my name is vinit Joshi my height is 5'4". weight is 64kg.my weight use to be 50kg to 55kg and I use feel healthy.i use to feel comfortable with that weight.but I am told I Will be underweight if I reduce my weight when my weight for be long time has been 50kgs.i want to reduce my weight to 50kg to 55 kgs hope I will get help.

Hi Vinit, You should get your body composition analysis to know whether your weight as your body is composed of mainly muscles, fat or bone weight. By doing the analysis you will know the proportion of each and then decide what should be your goal.

Weight loss 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6.
