Reduce by 10 kgs
From last few months I have gained 20 kgs, and I feel that my right body is heavier than left by a lot and its really uncomfortable. Could you please tell me if it is possible to reduce by 10 kgs with only food and running because doctor suggested not to over exercise because of my back.
