Hi, I had completed my ARV on 10th April 2022, and a kitten slightly scratched me today (23/8/22). Should I re-take all the vaccines or I can pass?

There is no need to take vaccine again. You won't get rabies just by scratch. Possibility of rabies infection occurs when one get in contact saliva of the rabid animal.
