Please consult an ophthalmologist. Your baby need some specific medication for the eye and also to prevent recurrent episodes of this type of infection.
Till then you can do hot fomentation two to three times a day

This looks like infection of glands of eye lid. He may need antibiotic eye drops. Please do warm compresses 4 times a day for a week.
