Hi Doctor, I have a red (slightly inflamed) area on my top lip. It has been there for 3 or 4 days and won’t seem to go away. I don’t think it is a cold sore as I have never got one and has not gotten any bigger. Please can I have some advice on what to put on. How can I send a picture?
