Redness/pink on tip of the nose

Asked for Male, 25 Years

The tip of my nose is red/pink and is slightly swollen. There is no itching irritation. But when touched/pressed upon, it is painful. And it feels/looks like that small pimples are coming on top of the swollen area. Is anything serious to be checked upon? Or it would go off eventually?
