Redness on tongue since yesterday

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I noticed this redness on tongue since yesterday. I ate excess of dry fruits that caused some irritation immediately after eating. And when I had hot tea it caused irritation. Please let me know any home cure for this urgent. Thanks
