Redness on left leg swelling in leftfoot

Question

Asked for Female, 36 Years

For two days I have had big red circle on my lower left leg. It hurts when touched and feels much hotter than the rest of my leg. Also my left inner ankle and left food is swollen. I have no idea what is causing this. I didn't hit or bump it, I don't see any bite marks or puncture wonds. If I have my leg elevated and put it down and walk on it the first few steps. Please help I can send pictures. Thank You!, Emily Brodeur
