Redness on arms after strip waxing

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I've been having a red bumps all over my arms from last week. They developed just after the next day of waxing. Sometimes they become light and after some time they get dark red colour. I am washing it with pears soap and savlon three times a day. Please suggest some ways to cure it
