How to get rid from redness of eye and feeling itchy I t is happening fro morning first started with left eye now right eye also started. Some yellowish dirt also get submitted in the corner of eye..

it is most likely allergic or viral conjunctivitis donot rub and donot wash your eyes with water. use eyedrop moxifloxacin-lotepred combination 4times a day one one drop for 5 days 3times a day for 5days use eyeointment ocupol at night in both eyes
