Redness...near ear

Hi...I m attaching a photo ...yesterday there was a redness near d ear which was not prominent but today as I seen this mark as prominent...and small red pimples...like we can say...ghamoria kind of...though I am taking gud care...washing clothes in dettol...changing his cots sheet on daily basis.Plz suggest what to do...as I m worried
