I am having redness,irritation &heated face specially at night while sleeping & lying down with blanket but sometimes whole day even my ears feels heat and it's increasing I am 21 weeks pregnant plz suggest me some safe medicine is steroids are safe plz advice I am not able to sleep properly I have attached the pic
