Redness in ryt eye from past 2 days.
Sudden redness in eye from past 2 days in right eye with pain and headache. Using Moxicip drops since two days.. Not much effect. Please suggest. I am posting pictures of his eye as well. Please reffer.

Hello, It looks like Episcleritis . Need to supplement moxicip with steroids as well. Based on symptoms, If pain is there on ocular movements then scleritis may also be there . Please mention about any history of joint pains in body or any eye injury in recent past.
Next Steps
Start antibiotic steroid combination . Taper it over 2-3wks.

Hello, Do you have any watering of eyes? Photosensitivity? ( Watering and pain in eyes when you look at bright light?) Try using olopat eyedrops twice a day. (For a week) and also lubricant eyedrops along with that. If not settling down then you have to visit an eye clinic for further evaluation.
