Redness in eyes with itching and swellin

I was cleaning my cooler yesterday and something goes in my eyes but I washed at same time and it was good at that time but in evening I observed some redness and swelling in my left eye with slight itching

Consult an ophthalmologist immediately... there may be a retained foreign body which should be removed under magnification. Also, if there is a corneal or conjunctival abrasion, eye drops may be needed.
