Hello, last night due to some irritant, my under eye was swellen, by today morning the swelleness is gone, yet that particular side of eye is still red, will that redness stay forever ?

The redness will not stay for ever but if it is every severe please intiate an online consultation otherwise wait for a suitable time to visit the doctor.
As long as your vision is alright and you are not having any discharge you could wait till the Corona situation is better.

Redness can be due to that irritant itself or ur rubbing or due to infection that came up after that. Send pictures. And consult nearby ophthalmologist if redness donot subside.

Maybe you have rubbed your eye , which might have caused mild infection .. use milflox plus eye drops - 3 times/ day for 5 days and stop .. nothing to worry

Exactly what irritant ....n some pictures would help ....till den start on refresh tears eye drop four times a day ....dat would help to relieve your sypmtoms ........redness won't stay forever ....but do post some pictures and get online consultation
