Redness and flakiness on face

Hi, I am pregnant and have some how developed a lot of dryness and redness near my nose area.There are flakes coming out too. Pls suggest a suitable cream or can I use dewsoft cream inorder to cure the same. Thanks, Manmeet.

Hi Manmeet you appear to have either atopic or seborrheic dermatitis. You can continue to use Dewsoft cream for a few days. If it doesn’t help then please see a dermatologist.
