I am having red bump iside lower eye and when i touch it its paining and i have it since 3 days.
Is this harmful..no discharge from eye abnd nothing issue as such but when i touch ouside near that it is painful

As per your history, this is stye which is of acute onset with pain.
1.Apply antibiotic eye ointment 3 times per day for a week at the inner part of the eye.
2.Dry hot compression over closed eye in the affected part for 5-10mins , 2-3times per day.
3.If the pain is severe, then take tab dolo 650mg.
Next Steps
If it is not resolving after 1 or 2 weeks, do visit nearby ophthalmologist for evaluation.

2.do not rub or squeeze your eyes.
