Gradually increase in pain in lower left limb since August 2017. Vovran inj., oral medication dolo650, pregaba75, zerodol, nalbruphine patch not effective at all

Looking at your symptoms, this could well be SCIATICA - due to compression of nerve of your leg in the spine. You need to Consult a Neurospine Specialist.
