Red with white pus type spot upperlip
I have got a white bump type with surrounding red on upper lip. It's paining a lot. It's now 3 days almost. Is it something you worry. Doing salt water gargling and applied zytee.

It looks like aphthous ulcer.antioxidant supplements has to be taken along with multivitamin supplements.

Probably its an ulcer. Causes might b history of fever in recent past, mental stress, trauma, etc Can continue with zytee or Dologel-CT. Lukewarm salt water or mouthwash acn also b used. Should b healed within a week. If not, consult a dentist.

Looks like an ulcer. Continue using the gel. Apply 3-4 times a day, leave it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with normal water. (Do not swallow)
