I'm having red eye and watering eye irritation from 1 weeks I work long hours on laptop working from home IT engineer

Hi ... Stop work for 2 days if possible or reduce. Use genteal r Refresh tears Take breaks, blink more often If not better in couple of days..show to doctor.
