Red swollen rash on mouth

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Ive had this red rash for around 4 days, its all around my lip area. Im pretty sure its infected, and im predicting i have a staphylococcus infection. theres some type of puss coming out, and the puss is only coming out under my lip, starting yesterday night. Please help it hurts alot, im only predicting that since ive had it before.
