Hello. If the spots are not symptomatic you can leave them as it is. Just observe if such spots appear elsewhere on your body . You may apply some calamine lotion over them. They might have developed die to pressure, due to footwear or insect bite. It will resolve with time. If it doesn’t subside in few days or more of them appear on your body you can do a consultation then.
