Red spots on face
Hello doctor's, my son is 20 days old. He's suffering from red spots on face with yellow pash so please suggest me any medication. And see the attached photo.

This is neonatal acne.
It is common in newborn as their skin is sensitive.Stop using soap / lotion on face. They will disappear in some time. It will not leave a scar.

greetings. The baby is bitten by mosquitos use either net or mosquito repellant. please take care of mosquito to prevent malaria and dengue

Apply calamine lotion on the rash twice a day. Stop soap and oil massage on face. Use a mild cleanser like cetaphil bar soap and cetaphil moisturizing lotion. Newborn skin is sensitive.
