My baby is 3 days old.. in hospital they were giving him powder milk. Then next day they told me to give mothers milk only.. but since then i noticed baby is not passing urine.. diaper is dry all day.. and 2 times i found red spot in diaper.. what does that mean??

Breastfeeding is difficult especially in first 2 weeks so continue your efforts.
Try to breastfeed in every 2 hours. Each time possibly for 20 to 30 minutes. If the child is sleepy, then do wake her up.
Child should pass urine 4 to 6 times a day. If not passing then need to clear your doubts of difficulty in Breastfeeding.
Red colour in urine is due to protein crystals. It is like blood but not blood and is totally normal.
