Red spot under foreskin

Asked for Male, 22 Years

There is a sudden occurrence of red spots under foreskin and head of the penis. Though, i had a oral intercourse a week earlier, but i noticed the spots last night, almost 4 days later. Should i be worried, what could it be, please help me here. Thanks
