Below chicks and around neck 3 red spots are showing from last three four days ... There is no pimples kind of things ... Baby is five month old ...Is it something serious

Dear parents         These red spot are boils in early stage.       Give.  Antibiotics &antinflammetry. Sup.     Antibiotic ointment locally
