Hello Ma'am, Very Good evening. As per your history,  the painful spot occured suddenly. For me to put a diagnosis,  it May be an insect bite or friction caused because the spot is of suddenly onset. Ma'am you don't worry unnecessarily,  its a minute problem. For Pain,  please take Tab.  Flexon as required and also take Tab. Allegra 180 mg, one tablet once a day after a meal x 3 days. If the spot is itching, swollen and increased in the size apart from painful, apply ointment. FOURDERM,  twice a day after having bath x 5 days. Remember that the clothe you wear don't absorb the Medicine in your ointment. This is my Expert advice. Please start the treatment as soon as possible,  otherwise it will develope towards breast abscess, God forbid. Take care and have a hasty recovery soon. Bye.
