Painful lumps near anus
Hi Sir, My husband is suffering from anal problem since 3-5 days. There is lot of discomfort while walking or sitting and there are 3 lumps near the anus. I stay in a different city owing to job requirement however he says it's painful and he has regular motions. Slightly feverish n cannot concentrate at office.he has warm compress twice a day with betadine however since yesterday it's not helping as well.

HELLO, SEITZ BATH sit in tub filled with hot water add four lids of betadin solution for ten to fifteen minutes two times a day.tab sigmoflam eight hourly for three to five days. tab AUGMENTIN 625 eight hourly after food for three to five days.locally apply xylocain gel and anovate oint in1:1ratio by finger first on lump n butt hole gentaly try to push insidein anal cannal n  all around  your finger properly inside MUCOSA, two times a day for three weeks for complete healing. If stool is hard you have to take a stool softener like cremafine pink till stool become soft. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk fresh curd are very beneficial, salad two times a day before food a big bowl.diet should be almost blend with least oil n spices. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.remeber it can be controlled not cure. RECURRENCE RATE is very high,if u think for operative procedure u r wrong yet u have to take simple home made food n recurrence is quite high. Ok.
